Shipping Policy
At Primfind, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review the details below so you know what to expect after checkout.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST will begin processing the same business day; orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Please note these are estimated delivery timeframes, starting from the date your order is shipped (not the date it was placed). Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, courier delays, or high-demand periods (e.g., sales events), and are outside our control.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
